Fitment and Installation Notes
- TeraFlex Coil Spring Base Lift Kits raise your Jeep for more off-road ground clearance. These kits require additional components to correct suspension geometry - sold separately.
- The TeraFlex 4" Coil Spring Base Lift Kit with Front Track Bar includes just the basic lift components only and doesn't have the drivability of a full suspension system. Requires adjustable short or long Alpine (IR) Control Arms and/or Rear HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar to correct suspension geometry.
- We recommend Falcon Performance Shocks or TeraFlex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Shocks. These are the only shock absorbers engineered to work with TeraFlex lift coil springs to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. 4.5" Coil Spring Base Lift Kits are offered with TeraFlex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Shocks or without shock absorbers. Falcon Performance Shocks are available separately.
- Caster correction REQUIRED - NOT INCLUDED. The following components are recommended: 8-Arm Short Control Arm Kit (Alpine IR: # 1415611 or Alpine: # 1415610), or 8-Arm Long Control Arm & Bracket Kit (Alpine IR: # 1315011 or Alpine: # 1315010), and/or Rear HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar (# 1754418).
- Requires aftermarket wheels with 4.5" backspacing or less - or Offset Wheel Adapters (# 1055000) for stock wheels.
- 2012-2018 JK models require Exhaust Spacers (# 2610000) or other exhaust modification for proper driveshaft clearance if front extended shock length is greater than 24.5".
- We highly recommend driveshaft modifications. See the TeraFlex Rzeppa High-Angle CV Kit (# 1744014).
- REQUIRES alignment.
