The steering skid kit protects the low hanging steering box on the TJ and LJ Wranglers. The steering skid is made of strong 3/16" hot rolled steel and is finished in our signature gold zinc chromate to protect it against the elements.
Designed around the frame-built bumper system, the steering skid plate can also be adapted for use with stock or other aftermarket bumpers.
