Made of thick 3/16" steel, the fully welded Bronco A-arms increase suspension droop by providing additional clearance between the A-arm and the coilover spring.

The Bronco A-arms feature heavy-duty uniballs for increased strength and durability over factory ball joints. These 1.25" uniballs are made from precision-ground, heat-treated, hard-chrome-plated steel with a Teflon lining.

Durotrak™ A-Arms feature additional caster and an adjusted camber curve for lifted applications from 1" to 3". MetalCloak's uniball upper control arms help restore proper alignment and improve the handling characteristics of your lifted Bronco.

The uniball cup and pinch bolt system prevents play between the cup and bearing while allowing servicing without removing the A-arm.

A laser-engraved “M” dust cover adds style and protection from the elements to help extend uniball service life.

MetalCloak Bronco A-Arms are equipped with patented two-piece Durotrak™ bushings for noise, vibration, and harshness damping. Made from a proprietary elastomer compound unique to MetalCloak, the bushings thread together for simple installation without a press. They reduce vibration and harshness transferred to the driver and improve steering response.

MetalCloak Bronco 6G Rear Duroflex™ Control Arms feature one of our best innovations in suspension components. Our patented (mcpatents.com) Duroflex Joints are designed to stay centered and aligned with the frame and axle for long-term performance. Strong DOM tubing is carefully formed for tire clearance and durability.

The adjustable threaded ends are forged, providing 37% higher fatigue strength than inferior cast parts. This extra strength helps them withstand repeated rock impacts on the trail.

These control arms feature Duroflex™ Joints, the only vulcanized elastomer, self-centering joints enhanced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. Exclusive to MetalCloak, they provide incredible durability, greater control arm misalignment, and better vibration damping than anything else available. See the technical section for more details.

The Durotrak™ adjustable rear track bar for the Bronco 6G features patented Durotrak™ two-piece bushings at both ends of a solid 1.25" OD 4130 chromoly bar. The bar is finished in gold zinc for the ultimate in durability against the elements.

The 2.5" Lift Braces bolt into the factory components for a secure, rattle-free setup. Made from laser-cut 3/16" steel, the braces are fully welded and finished in our signature gold zinc for a long-lasting finish.

The heavy-duty Tie Rod Braces replace the OE jam nuts. Made from 4130 chromoly, they help distribute loads from the threaded ends of the tie rods to resist bending or breaking.

MetalCloak “components” have been proven safe with the FMVSS certificate of safety configured with 37" tires, full body armor and suspension lift.

The Bronco Suspension System is finished in MetalCloak’s signature gold zinc and is made right here in the USA.
